 To rent our low-speed vehicle golf carts, you need to meet a few requirements: be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, have a major credit card for potential cart damage or city citations, and provide active auto insurance in case of an accident. There's a three-day minimum rental for all locations (excluding Downtown St. Pete and holidays), and drop-offs and pickups must happen at the same secure spot.

When it comes to costs, be aware of a $2 per day Florida Rental Surcharge Fee, a Gas Charge, and a 4% Credit Card Surcharge Fee (unless you drop off exact cash at our Downtown location within 1 hour to secure the reservation). Additionally, there's a 7% Florida Sales Tax Fee.

Once you commit, it's a done deal – rain or shine, no exceptions. If you cancel a week before your reservation, you'll get a 1-year store credit. Even if you don't follow through with the rental agreement, there are no refunds. Remember, by reserving dates, you're marking them on our calendar.

We'll hold reservations for 1 hour for payment completion as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. All invoices are handled online through Intuit, the company behind TurboTax. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive the rental agreement through DocuSign, a legally recognized notary. Thanks for considering us for your ride!
